This is a really refreshing and filling dessert. Can be had as dessert or breakfast. Most people use milk , whereas here we have substituted milk with coconut milk.
1) The mangoes i used was sweet and hence i added only 3 tsp.
2) This recipe does not involve any cooking.

1) Soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup water for atleast 3 hours. Let them swell up and form a jelly.
2) Now comes the assembling part. Add chia seeds to mango pulp with sugar and coconut milk. Mix well with a spoon. serve chilled.
Garnish with mango cubes. Serve chilled.
