Description

This sauce has a nice freshness to it as we are using fresh chillies. Great dip for snacks.

Note

1) Ripe red colored chillies are used in the recipe. I used ones that are moderately spicy.
2) Sugar can be increased or decreased according to spiciness of chillies and your toleration to spice.
3) I wanted to store for a longer time and hence added sodium benzoate which is a preservative. You can skip it too.
