Description

These are instant energy givers. Can be had as a quick snack.

Note

1. Sunflower seeds can be substituted with any other seeds.
2. Don't use ghee instead of coconut oil. Any other oil can be used. Ghee solidifies once the protein balls come to room temperature.

Method

1. Dry roast (without oil) almonds, cashews, oats, flax seeds and sunflower seeds, seperately.
2. Then powder all the dry roasted ingredients together.
3. Now add the rest of the ingredients and grind.
4. Take out and mix together to form a dough. If its not coming together, add little honey.
5. Shape into small balls & bake in a pre-heated oven @ 200 degree C for about 10 to 12 minutes, till you get a nice nutty aroma. Start checking after 10 minutes.
