Sulaimani tea is a popular black tea served in Kerala,South India. It riginated among the muslims, specially in the malabar region of Kerala. Usually served after a heavy meal as it is also good for digestion. Usually this is slightly sweeter than usual tea, but one does not feel repulsive after drinking.
1) Usually tea dust is used for making this tea, but you can substitute with tea bags too.

0.5 Tsp. | Lime juice |

1) Boil water with ginger, cardamom ,clove ,cinnamon and sugar. Sugar is added at this stage as it gives a nice syrupy effect. Let it come to a full rolling boil. allow to boil for 5 minutes.
2) Put off fire and immediately add tea leaves. cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.
3) Strain tea & add lime juice. You can add more lime juice too as per your preference.
Pour into cups and serve.
Can be served at any time, specially good after a heavy meal.
