Description

Murmura in Hindi means puffed rice. This crispy sweet ladoos are an anytime snack.

Note

1) Puffed rice is available in packets in supermarkets.

2  Tbsp.Water (approximate)

Method

1) Dry roast puffed rice in a pan till crisp. Keep aside.
2) Heat jaggery with water and let it melt & come to a boil.
3) Add cardamom powder and mix well.
4) Add puffed rice little by little to melted jaggery on a low flame and mix well till the whole of puffed rice is coated with jaggery.
5) Remove from fire. After it has cooled slightly, but still warm, shape into balls. For shaping into balls, dip your hand in water & shape.
6) Keep aside for about an hour so that it will crisp up. Keep covered in an airtight bottle. It will keep for about 2 weeks.
