1) Kerala banana, known as nenthrapazham and which is steamed is used for this recipe.

1 Pinch | Cardamom powder |
1) cuit bananas into rounds.
2) Heat ghee. Saute cashews till golden brown. Remove from ghee.
3) Add raisins to ghee and fry till it puffs up. Remove from ghee.
4) In the same ghee, add banana and saute till golden brown.
5) Add sugar and coconut and continue frying till sugar melts.
6) Mix in cashew, raisins and cardamom powder. Stir well.
Serve at room temperature.
