Description

Smoothies are never strained like juice. So all the fibre is intact in a smoothie & hence healthier.
Avocado is a green, fleshy, pear-shaped fruit. It has a single large seed.
The flesh is smooth and buttery, with a nutty flavor. It is used in sandwiches, salads, smoothies and milkshakes. Use only ripe Avocado. To ripen the fruit, keep in a brown paper bag. When ripe it will turn brown from green. Since the cut fruit discolours fast, it should be tossed with lemon juice soon as it is cut, if not used immediately.

NOTE:-
1) Should not be consumed in winter.

1) Avocados should be ripe or will taste bitter.

Method

1) Cut avocado in half. Do not cut through seed. Cut from both sides and twist open. Then scoop out the flesh.
2) Add semifrozen milk, sugar and avocado in a blender and blend to a smooth juice. It will be thick and creamy.
3) Pour into serving glasses.

Serving Suggestions

Serve cold.
