Walnut is considered as one of the healthiest nuts in the world. This is a famous chutney of kashmir, India. This is the basic version.
1) After soaking walnuts in water, try to peel the skin off the walnuts.

1) Soak walnuts in boiling hot water for an hour.
2) Blend all the ingredients together.
3) Adjust salt and chilli according to taste.
