This is a tamarind sweet balls, which is sweet & tangy.
1) Use freshly plucked tamarind, one which is golden in color and not blackish brown.
2) I used tamarind without the shell. So adjust weight accordingly.

1 Tsp. | Cumin dry roasted & powdered |
0.25 Cup | Sugar to coat |
1) Remove seeds and woody strings of the tamarind.
2) Grind the tamarind coarsely in a blender.
3) Add all the other ingredients and blend till all the ingredients are mixed together.
4) Remove and shape into small balls.
5) Roll the tamarind balls in sugar to coat. Can also be rolled in powdered sugar.
Serve as a sweet.
