Note

1) Make sure that none of the ingredients are roasted too much.

0.25  No.Nutmeg

Method

1) Dry roast all the ingredients, (till lightly warm) individually. You can do this in a microwave also.
2) Grind everything together to a fine powder.
3) When cool store in airtight bottle. Use as required.
