This dish can be made either with fresh or leftover idlis.

3 Tbsp. | Butter, unsalted |
1 Cup | Onion chopped finely |
2 Tbsp. | Corriander leaves chopped fine |
3 Tbsp. | Chutney powder |
1) Cut idlis into small cubes.
2) Heat a pan. Add butter.
3) When butter is hot add onion and corriander leaves and saute till onion is light brown.
4) Add chutney powder and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
5) Mix in idli pieces. Let it fry lightly, the stir and fry for some time.
6) Keep a lid on and cook for another 5 minutes.; remove from fire. Mix well.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
