Popsicles are also known as ice pops and ice lollies. It is a frozen snack enjoyed by both children and adults alike.
1) Try to insert non colored ice cream sticks. Colored sticks may bleed.
2) If the mangoes are really sweet, adjust sugar accordingly.
3) If you do not have popsicle mould, use a normal cup or disposable one.
4) The ratio of cream and mango can be changed according to your taste.
5) The cream used here is fresh dairy cream and not non-dairy whipping cream.

1) Mix cream with mango pulp. Pour into popsicle moulds.
2) Keep to freeze till half frozen covered with aluminium foil. Then insert ice-cream sticks through the aluminium foil and freeze again till fully set. may need freezing time of 6 hours.
3) Before serving, take out the moulds and just show the popsicles under running water or keep the popsicle moulds in a glass of water for about 2 or 3 minutes,making sure that water does not enter the popsicle. Then unmould.
Serve straight from freezer.
