Description

Cumin is one of the most commonly used spice in the world. It belongs to the parsley family.

Note

1) Do not use oil while roasting cumin seeds(dry roast).
2) Be careful not to burn the seeds.

Method

1) Dry roast the cumin seeds till they release a strong aroma.
2) Cool,and then grind the seeds in a blender or in a mortar and pestle.
3) Store the powder in a dry, air-tight container.
