DISH NAME : BLUE ANGEL MOCKTAIL

Description
This is a mocktail. No alcohol is used in mocktails.Curacao pronounced 'kur uh sao", is a lime and orange flavored sugar syrupy drink concentrate available in different colors, the most famous being blue. It is mainly used in cocktails and mocktails.
Blue curacao is available in shops selling baking materials.
Note
1) Add carbonated drink / soda just before serving.

Method
1) Mix all ingredients, except soda.
2) Add soda just before serving. Serve chilled garnished with lime/ lemon slices.
