These savory biscuits will appeal to people with a likeness for cheese. At the same time will not appeal to people with an intense sweet tooth.
1) Cheese is salty, so adjust salt according to your taste.
2) Chilli flakes can be increased or decreased according to your level of heat tolerance.
3) If the dough is too dry add 2 tbsp. of milk or buttermilk.

200 Gms. | Cheddar cheese grated | |

1) Melt butter. Keep aside to cool.
2) Pre-heat oven to 175 degree celsius.
3) Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
4) To the flour mix, pour butter.
5) Add chilli flakes and grated cheese. Knead to a soft dough.
6) Scoop out dough in a tablespoon. Shape into balls. Flatten each ball using a fork after keeping on a greased butter paper.
7) Bake in a pre-heated oven for 13 to 16 minutes till golden brown.
Serve at room temperature with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
