1) Start checking cookies from 10 minutes. Temperature may vary from oven to oven.
2) Cookie dough can be made in advance , and if using within 24 hours, store in fridge. Bring to room temperature, before baking.

1) Pre-heat oven to 180 degree C.
2) Blend sugar with butter.
3) Add eggs and cinnamon powder. Beat till light and fluffy.
4) Add in flour, oats and baking soda. Mix well. Now add chocolate chips.
5) Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased baking paper, leaving 2 inches space in between as cookies will spread.
6) Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, till cookies are golden brown in color.
7) Keep the tray of cookies to cool lightly on a wire rack. Then remove the cookies. Let it cool before storing.
