1) You can use either violet or normal white cabbage for this salad.

Dressing | ||
2 Tbsp. | Honey | |
1 Tbsp. | Lime juice | |
1 Tbsp. | Extra virgin olive oil | |
1 Tsp. | Pepper powder |
1) Add little salt to cabbage and onion and keep aside for 30 minutes. Then squeeze out water. Keep in fridge.
2) Mix all the dressing ingredients and whisk well. Just before serving, add the dressing to cabbage.
Serve chilled.
