1) Use beef tenderloin or any other quick cooking part.
2) Can use green or colored capsicum.
3) Hoisin sauce is available in supermarkets.
4) If rice vinegar is not available, use regular vinegar.

1) Cut beef into strips. Marinate with all the marinade ingredients, preferably overnight or for atleast 1 hour.
2) Cut capsicum into strips.
3) Slice onion.
4) In a pan, dry roast sesame seeds till fragrant. Keep aside.
5) In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and celery. Stir fry.
6) Add beef with marinade and stir fry over high heat until browned and cooked. Then add in onions and capsicum and stir fry till they are cooked and crunchy.
7) Mix in hoisin sauce, pepper powder and green chillies. Mix well. Remove from fire.
8) Toss in sesame seeds.
