These cookies are comparitively healthier as wholewheat is used & also it's eggless. In countries like India, where there are a lot of vegetarians, there is a lot of demand for eggless products. Cookies are originally from America. Chocolate cookie originated in the United States and features chocolate chips as a novel ingredient. The traditional recipe combines a dough composed of butter and both brown and white sugar & semi-sweet chocolate chips.
1) After baking, keep the cookies in the tray for about 10 minutes before removing. The cookies may crumble if taken out when still very hot.
2) You can add dark or milk chocolate chips to the dough. I added dark chips.
