These cookies are real thin and has the appearance of lace and is crispy.
1) The dough is quite loose. Add 1 teaspoon of batter onto baking sheet. It will spread really thin.
2) If you want cookies chewy than crisp, bake only for about 15 minutes.

1) Pre-heat oven to 165 degree C. Line a baking tray with butter paper. Brush butter on butter paper.
2) Cream butter and sugar together till fluffy.
3) Add in egg and vanilla and beat again.
4) Mix oats, flour and baking powder together till well combined. Add this to butter mix and combine well with a spatula.
5) Drop 1 tsp. Cookie dough onto the butter paper. As these will spread well, leave space (around 2 inches) in between.
6) Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 18 to 20 minutes or till edges are golden brown.
7) Remove and keep on a rack to cool.
