A tomato or vegetarian omelette is so referred not only due to its appearance but also the similarity in taste to omellete. Gramflour is gluten-free flour. Gluten is a protein found in grains. Gluten causes inflammation in the small intestines for people with celiac disease. Celiac disease is the damage caused to small intestine by gluten. In some people eating chickpea flour causes stomach cramps. Asafoetida is added to prevent this.
1) Cook on a low flame to ensure that the omellete is cooked properly.
2) You can even divide the batter into 2 or 3 and make them seperately instead of one.

0.75 Cup | Onion, finely chopped | |
0.5 Cup | Tomato,finely chopped | |
1 Tsp. | Ginger finely chopped | |
1 Tsp. | Greeen chilli,chopped | |
3 Tbsp. | Corriander leaves chopped fine | |
1 Pinch | Turmeric powder | |
1 Tsp. | Chilli powder | |
1 Pinch | Asafoetida | |
Salt to taste | ||
2 Tsp. | Oil | |
1.75 Cups | Water |
Mix all the ingredients, except oil. Whisk well so that no lumps remain. Smear 1 tsp. oil in a pan. Pour the batter, tilt pan to spread. Let it cook on a low flame. Before flipping and cooking on the other side , add the remaining oil on top of the omellete.
Serve with tomato ketchup and bread.
