Description

This masala added to tea is great to cure fever and sore throat.

Note

1) 1/4 cup cinnamon (dalchini) , cut into small pieces = 7 tsp. cinnamon powder.
2) 1/4 cup cardamom =100 no.S

Method

1. Dry roast the cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cardamom, and black cardamom for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool completely.
2. Add mace, nutmeg and ginger powder and grind to make a fine powder.
3. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.
4. Use as required.
