This is a simple but tasty dessert.
When served with the flame on in a dark room, it's spectacular. But be very careful of the live flame.

1 Tbsp. | Butter |
1 Tbsp. | Brown sugar |
2 No.s | Bananas peeled and halved, cut lengthwise |
2 Tbsp. | Dark rum / gold rum |
1 Pinch | Cinnamon powder |
1) Melt butter in a large skillet.
2) Add brown sugar and stir together.
3) Add the bananas and cook until caramelized over medium-high heat.
4) Pour in the rum and catch a flame off of the gas stove or a BBQ lighter. Stand back when ignited and flambe. Be careful as a flame will shoot up above the pan. Let flame die down.
5) Sprinkle cinnamon powder.
6) Serve with ice cream (( preferably vanilla).
Serve warm.
