| 500 Gm.s | Strawberries, hulled | 
| 200 Gm.s | Sugar | 
| 0.5 Cup | Water | 
| 3 Tsp. | Lime juice | 
| 2 Tsp. | Cornflour (optional) | 
1) Puree strawberry to a fine pulp. 
2) Boil everythingh together except cornflour & water  for 20 mts. on a medium flame.  
3) After 20 minutes, put off fire.
4) If you want a thicker  sauce, mix cornflour with ordinary water (not hot) & add to sauce. Again bring to a boil.
5) Remove from fire.
6) Can be stored in the freezer for about 5 to 6 months.
Serve with ice cream as sauce. Can be used to sandwich cakes or use for frosting / icing cakes.
