Description

1) Light rum ( white rum), is dry, light in color and lightly sweet in flavor. It is produced from sugarcane juice and molasses, and normally has a short distillation period. Light rum is aged in plain oak casks or stainless steel tanks, so it remains clear. Light rum is often used for cocktails and other mixed drinks.
2) Brown sugar is unrefined or partially refined soft sugar.

Note

1)Coconut cream is the the pure and natural extract of fresh, mature coconut meat, obtained by pressing or blending ( after grating coconut flesh) without water.

Quantity Name
200  Ml.Pineapple juice concentrate
60  Ml.Coconut cream
1  CupIce cubes
1  Tbsp.Brown sugar /demerera sugar

Method

1) Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, ice cubes & brown sugar into a blender. Blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass.
2) Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry and serve.

Serving Suggestions

Serve cold.
