Heat oil in a deep pan. Make batter by adding flour and salt to beer and whisk well. When ready, dip Mars or Bounty bars in batter. Roll the battered bars in breadcrumbs to coat. Drop into hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes till golden brown. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
