Description

Beetroot is supposed to increase blood circulation.

Note

1. Always keep wine in a dark place (like cupboard) in a dark bottle.
2) To get the real goodness of beetroot, it has been kept raw.
3) Some people do add lime juice, but i omitted it.
4) Will keep for a year.
5) The qty of rum to be added depends on the person who is drinking the wine.

1  Kg.Beetroot, grated
1  Tsp.Dry yeast
1  CupWheat (whole)
1  Kg.Sugar
4  No.sCloves
1  InchCinnamon stick
2.25  LitreBoiled & cooled water
  Rum (optional)

Method

1) Mix all the ingredients, except rum and bottle it.
2) On the 5th day, stir the mix.
3) On the 15th day, strain the mix and add rum (if using).
4) Bottle and start using the next day.

Serving Suggestions

Always serve chilled with cheese or any other accompaniments.
