A no-fuss simple & refreshing dessert.
1. Any fruit except bananas & apples can be used for this dish. Bananas & apples will turn black.

1 Cup | Water melon peeled & cubed |
2 Cups | Green or black grapes, seedless |
2 Cups | Cubed fresh pineapple |
3 Tbsp. | Ginger, grated |
2 Tbsp. | Lime juice |
4 Tbsp. | Honey |
1.5 Cups | Water |
0.25 Cup | Fresh mint leaves, shredded finely |
2 Cups | Mangoes, cubed |
1 Cup | Musk melon, peeled & cubed |
1 Cup | Kiwi peeled & cubed |
Put fruits in a large bowl & mix. Boil ginger, lime juice, honey and water together. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or till syrup is reduced to half. Set aside to cool. Pour sugar honey syrup onto fruits. Add mint leaves & mix well. Chill and serve.
