Description

A no-fuss simple & refreshing dessert.

Note

1. Any fruit except bananas & apples can be used for this dish. Bananas & apples will turn black.

1  CupWater melon peeled & cubed
2  CupsGreen or black grapes, seedless
2  CupsCubed fresh pineapple
3  Tbsp.Ginger, grated
2  Tbsp.Lime juice
4  Tbsp.Honey
1.5  CupsWater
0.25  CupFresh mint leaves, shredded finely
2  CupsMangoes, cubed
1  CupMusk melon, peeled & cubed
1  CupKiwi peeled & cubed

Method

Put fruits in a large bowl & mix. Boil ginger, lime juice, honey and water together. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or till syrup is reduced to half. Set aside to cool. Pour sugar honey syrup onto fruits. Add mint leaves & mix well. Chill and serve.
