1) In a deep frying pan bring five centimeters of salted water with vinegar to a boil.
2) Break one egg into the small plate and carefully pour into the boiling water.
3) Repeat with the other egg.
4) Place the lid onto the pan, and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
5) Use the slotted spoon to remove the eggs from the water and place on kitchen towel to dry.
6) Repeat with the other 2 eggs.
Place a slice of toast on the plate. Place the eggs on toast and serve the dish immediately.
