This wine is more of a medicine. Not sweet, but good for digestion.
1) Youll need 8 litre bottle to make the mentioned quantity wine.
2) Use grapes that`s used for making juice. If fresh grapes is not available, add crushed raisins (100gm).
3) Plantains used are poovan pazham, the golden yellow small variety.

1)Melt jaggery with 250 ml. water.
2) Add 2 litres of water to the bottle in which wine is to be made.
3) Then add sugar, ginger crushed, orange peel, grapes, orange juice, plantains, lime juice, lime peel and jaggery syrup. Mix all the ingredients.
4) Then add the remaining 2.750 litres of water. Mix yeast with 2 tbsp.of warm water. Lastly add this to the mix.
5) Now keep undisturbed for 24 hours.
6) Then tie a piece of muslin on the neck of the vessel. Never close the lid tightly. On the 2nd day mix the whole thing. Then keep for 60 days.
7) On 61st day decant without disturbing. Strain the thick mixture at the bottom through a muslin.
Serve as it is for digestive problems. Or you can have it chilled.
