1. I added 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder to the marinade and liked the out come.
2. If using ordinary eggs ,you may have to reduce the numbers.
3. If there is stuffing left, arrange with the chicken when serving.
4. Soya sauce is salty. So be careful when adding salt.
5. If you want, you can use chicken with skin. In that case chicken skin will be crispy after baking.

Marinade:-
1) Clean insides and out of the chicken. Prick with a fork.
2) To make marinade for chicken, mix oil with chilli powder, pepper powder, soya sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt to taste. Rub the insides and out of the chicken with this marinade and keep aside for 2 hours or overnight.
Stuffing:-
1) Take the liver, heart and gizzard of the chicken. Clean well and chop into cubes. Cook this with salt and pepper powder till done. Stir fry this with vegetables.
2) Boil eggs and keep aside. Fry bread after cutting into cubes (croutons) and keep aside. 3) Mix raisins with all the above ingredients, if using.
Assembling:-
1) Fill the insides of the chicken with this vegetable and bread mix.
2) Add boiled eggs in between. Very slowly and carefully pack the inside of the chicken with stuffing. Then with a twine and a big needle stitch up the chicken. Tie chicken legs together.
3) Preheat the oven to 150 C. Keep the chicken in a baking tray. Bake for about 55-60 minutes (depending on your oven). Turn once in between. Baste chicken once or twice with the gravy.
4) After baking remove chicken from the oven and cut the twines. Cut/carve the chicken at the table. Serve with sauce.
Sauce:-
1) Take the drippings from the baking tray & mix with water. Boil this gravy.
2) Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup water and add to gravy. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Boil.
3) Lastly add worstershire sauce.Heat through & serve.
Serve as a whole meal with salad on the side.
