This a chicken fry with lots of crushed black pepper. The fruit, known as a peppercorn is, dark red when fully mature, and, contains a single seed. Peppercorns, and the ground pepper derived from them, may be described simply as pepper, or more precisely as black pepper (cooked and dried unripe fruit), green pepper (dried unripe fruit) and white pepper (unripe fruit seeds).Black pepper is native to south India,specially kerala. It was referred to as black gold by Portugese and British who invaded India. Freshly ground black pepper is the most popular form of pepper consumption.
1) Try to use freshly crushed pepper. Do not powder pepper too fine. It should only be crushed.

1) Cut chicken into small pieces .
2) To this add turmeric powder,chillies cut into roundels,salt to taste,ginger, garlic and onions cubed and vinegar. Cook this till chicken is done.
3) Heat coconut oil . To this add curry leaves and pepper corn crushed. Mix in cooked chicken with masala. Mix well and fry till dry.
Serve hot with rice.
