Pina colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with a pineapple wedge, a maraschino cherry, or both. Pina colada is considered as the national drink of Puerto Rico. White rum, is light in color and lightly sweet in flavor. It is produced from sugarcane juice and molasses, and normally has a short distillation period. Light rum is aged in plain oak casks or stainless steel tanks, so it remains clear. Light rum is often used for cocktails and other mixed drinks.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH
1) Coconut cream is the thick coconut milk, obtained by blending grated coconut flesh without water. Thick coconut milk is available readymade in supermarkets. Dabur coconut cream can be used.
2) Do not add water to pineapple juice.

Put all the ingredients into a blender with 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend at high speed for a minute. Strain into a collins glass. Serve with a straw.
