DISH NAME : PASTA SALAD

Note

1) I used macaroni & cooked according to packet instructions.
2) I used chicken salami. Can use pork too. Originaly pork is used.
3) Sun dried tomatoes are available in supermarkets.

2  Tsp.Garlic minced
2  Tsp.Balsamic vinegar
1  Tsp.Dried oregano, thyme, basil mix
0.5  Tsp.Black pepper freshly ground
0.25  Tsp.Chilli flakes
6  Tbsp.Extra virgin olive oil
450  Gm.Pasta cooked
1.5  CupsMozarella cheese cut into small cubes
20  No.sSun dried tomatoes
115  Gm.Salami, thinly sliced
2  Tbsp.Parsley finely chopped
2  Tbsp.Basil, finely chopped

Method

1) In large bowl, whisk garlic, balsamic vinegar, herbs, pepper and chilli flakes to blend.
2) Gradually whisk in olive oil. Add cooked pasta, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, salami, parsley and basil. Toss to mix.
3) Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Tastes good when served slightly chilled.

Serving Suggestions

Serve lightly chilled. This is applicable in countries with warm weather or during summers.
