1) If butter is salty, add salt accordingly.
2) Adding chilli flakes is entirely optional.

1 Tbsp. | Garlic ,chopped finely | |
1 Tsp. | Chilli flakes |
1) Slightly melt butter.(Dont melt till it becomes ghee).
2) Add garlic and saute till it turns light brown.
3) Add parsely leaves and saute lightly.
4) Now add in chilli flakes.
5) Immediately add rice, mixing thoroughly and heat through well.
Serve hot with any gravied curry.
