DISH NAME : BUTTER GARLIC HERBED RICE

Note

1) If butter is salty, add salt accordingly.
2) Adding chilli flakes is entirely optional.

Butter garlic herbed rice
2  CupsRice, cooked
2  Tbsp.Butter
3  TrufflesParsely chopped fine
1  Tbsp.Garlic ,chopped finely
1  Tsp.Chilli flakes

Method

1) Slightly melt butter.(Dont melt till it becomes ghee).
2) Add garlic and saute till it turns light brown.
3) Add parsely leaves and saute lightly.
4) Now add in chilli flakes.
5) Immediately add rice, mixing thoroughly and heat through well.

Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with any gravied curry.
