Chicken nuggets are a popular item in fast food joints worldwide. Its made either out of chicken mince or chicken breast cut into squares or any other shape. Then its dipped in egg, flour and bread crumbs. Its the deep fried or baked. Generally fast food chains fry them.
1) I used ginger garlic and green chilli paste. This is entirely optional. Generally these are not used, Only white pepper powder is used.
2) Cheddar cheese has salt, so add salt sparingly. After mixing, fry a small nugget. Taste it and adjust seasoning.
3)Parmesan/ cheddar cheese is added to bread crumbs to give a nice crunch to nuggets.

1 Pinch | Salt |
1) Marinate chicken breast in buttermilk with a little salt over night.This will tenderize the meat.
2) Next day drain meat from buttermilk.
3) Mince the chicken breasts.
4) Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, salt, cheese grated and oregano or rosemary. Mx well. Shape into nuggets.
Batter:-
1) Mix 1 pinch of salt to flour with pepper powder.
2) In another bowl, add beaten egg.
3) Then in another bowl take bread crumbs. Add cheddar to this.
4) Coat nuggets, first in flour, then in egg and with the other clean hand coat with bread crumbs.
5) Keep in fridge for about 30 minutes.
6) Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Fry on medium heat, so that insides are cooked. But over cooking of breast meat will make it tough.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
