1) Slit the hot dog rolls horizontally without cutting through.
2) Heat butter and fry both the rolls only till just heated through. Fry on all the four sides(top, bottom,and both sides).
3) Heat oil and fry sausages till they are brown in color. Remove and keep aside.
4) When assembling, add coleslaw inside the rolls and keep sausage on top of it. Drizzle mustard sauce on sausage.Close roll. Serve hot.
Serve warm.
