This is a simple, easy to make dessert when mangoes are available.
1)If your yoghurt is very watery or runny, you may have to hang more than 200 gms.of yoghurt.
2) Yoghurt should not be sour.
3) If the mangoes are not very sweet, add more honey or sugar.

To make hung yoghurt, put about 200 gm. of yoghurt in a muslin cloth or a strainer for the whey to drain off. Drained thick yoghurt should weigh 100 gm. Blend yoghurt, sugar, honey & mango in a blender.Keep this in the freezer to set partially. When its half set, take out and blend again. Freeze again till well set. Keep in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
