Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes. 1) Take paneer and slice into big cubes.
2) For the marinade, mix whisked thick curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, cumin powder, mustard oil and salt.
3) Toss the paneer and vegetables gently in the marinade till all pieces are coated evenly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
4) Then, arrange the paneer pieces and vegetables on the wire rack in a pre-heated oven at 200 C and grill for about 15 minutes (till the edges of the paneer turn brown).
Serve with green chutney.
