This is a very easy dish to prepare. It is like scrambled eggs.
1) Do not cook paneer for a very long time. Cooking for a long time will make paneer tough / hard. The end product should be creamy and smooth.

0.25 Cup | Capsicum finely chopped (optional) |
1) Heat oil.
2) Add jeera and garlic and saute well.
3) Add ginger and fry.Add dried fenugreek leaves and green chillies.
4) Then add onion and fry till golden brown. 5) Add tomatoes and saute for sometime.
6) Now add turmeric and chilli powders and garam masala powder.
7) Add lime juice and salt. Mix well.
8) Lastly add paneer and mix well for a minute or two.
9) Before removing from fire add corriander leaves.
Serve with roti/ chapathi or can be made into a sandwich with this filling.
