Description

This dish can be served as an accompaniment to grilled/ roasted meat.

Ayurvedic Note

1) It is easy to digest.
2) Helps in proper bowel movements.
3) Ideal dish for weight watchers. Can be taken as full meal. Then avoid meat with it.

Quantity Name
750  Gms.Assorted vegetables
  Salt to taste
2  Tbsp.Butter (saltless)
2  Tsp.Pepper powder
1  Tbsp.Garlic,chopped finely

Method

1) I used brocolli, carrots and baby corn.
2) Boil vegetables with salt till just cooked. Do not over-cook.
3) Heat butter on low heat. Add garlic and saute till lightly browned.
4) Add vegetables and mix well.
5) Add pepper powder.

Serving Suggestions

Serve warm with meat dishes either grilled or roasted. Can also be eaten as a salad. Or as an accompaniment to soup.
