0.5 Tsp. | Red chilli powder (optional) |

1 Pinch | Turmeric powder (optional) |
1) Cut potatoes into wedges with skin.
2) Blanch them with salt till just cooked. Remove potato and drain.
3) When potatoes cool down,add salt and garlic, herbs, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and olive oil. Mix well.
4) Put this in a baking tray and spread well.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 35-45 minutes. The skin should be crisp.
Serve hot as an accompaniment or starter.
