1) Boil eggs .
2) Heat oil and slightly fry eggs and remove.
3) To the same oil add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and curryleavs fry till brown.
4) Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, corriander powder and fry. 5) Add salt to taste. Then add vinegar.
6) Then add eggs and mix with masala. Then add thick coconut milk let it come to a simmer. Remove from fire.
Serve with string hoppers, hoppers etc.
